Anne Winter West is an active supporter of the arts, is a Governing member of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and is a member of the Baltimore Museum of Art and Walters Art Museum. Anne is a dedicated advocate for arts education and has served as Trustee of the Enoch Pratt Free Library and Art With a Heart. Currently she serves as secretary of the Board of Trustees of Baltimore County Public Library. A former employee of the Maryland State Arts Council, Anne has also been employed by T. Rowe Price, Kennedy Krieger Institute and the Office of Mayor William Donald Schaefer.
