Tonya R. Miller Hall is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive background in the fashion, social justice, and lifestyle brand industries. She has worked for some of the world's most valuable companies, including Time Inc., William Morris Endeavors (WME), Viacom, Gay Men's Health Crisis, the NAACP LDF, and INVNT. Throughout her two-decade career in New York City, she marketed and produced highly visible programs and events such as the New York Fashion Week, the National Equal Justice Awards, New York AIDS Walk, Fashion-Forward, the GLAAD Media Awards, and the MTV Music Awards.
In 2018, Tonya returned to her hometown of Baltimore City to serve as the Senior Director of Public Affairs, managing a robust portfolio that included Charm TV, crisis communications, social media, city-wide events & festivals, public art curation, content creation, design, sponsorship development, and original network programming for Charm TV.
Tonya Miller Hall now leads the Office of Arts & Culture under the leadership of Mayor Brandon M. Scott. In addition to her work, Tonya is an endurance athlete who enjoys boxing and road cycling. She lives in Baltimore with her husband, Mark, and two cats - Brooklyn and Rye.
