The Maryland Presenting and Touring Program supports a rich and artistically diverse network of professional artists and performing arts organizations.
Designed to spark collaboration between performing artists and presenting organizations, MSAC offers grants and networking opportunities through the Maryland Presenting and Touring Programs.
The Maryland Presenters Network is a statewide network of Maryland professional arts presenting organizations. The Network provides resources and networking opportunities to individuals and organizations in the presenting and touring field to advance and promote the arts in Maryland.
Annual Meeting of the Maryland Presenters Network
An annual meeting of the Maryland Presenters Network, held each fall, provides Maryland presenters with an opportunity to gather with other arts administrators and presenting organizations and discuss current issues and best practices in the field of arts presenting. It is a day of networking, collaborating and learning with Maryland’s presenting peers. This free professional development and networking day is sponsored by MSAC and is open to arts presenting professionals and board members from Maryland-based non-profit organizations.
MSAC relies on a diverse array of performing arts and grants experts from across Maryland to do the important work of evaluating grant and roster applications. Presenting & Touring panelists review Touring Roster applications remotely from June through July, and then review Touring Grant applications remotely every quarter during the fiscal year.
Serving as a panelist is a great opportunity to learn about the granting processes at MSAC.
